Celebrity bridal hairstyles are always under a scanner. On the wedding day a bride is the one who steals the spotlight. It is even more so if the bride happens to be a celebrity. The clothes, the makeup, accessories, dress, shoes and the hairstyle everything is discussed about when a celebrity wedding happens. This is the reason why the celebrity bride would never take chances with her wedding ensemble and would finalize it with extreme meticulousness. This would mean that event the hairstyle would be planned to the last strand.

Celebrity bridal hairstyles are done by celebrity stylists. These people are experienced and know exactly what works where. The stylists can be trusted to experiment with new looks according to the look of the bride. Hairstyles in celebrity weddings have known to be very unique and some plain beautiful. French braids, 60’s hairstyle with as contemporary touch, grunge look, loose plait, curls, short hair, elegant pinned up styles, buns etc. have all been tried as celebrity bridal hairstyles.

What is true is that whether the bride is a celebrity or just the girl next door, she has a lot of expectation from her stylist and would want to look out of the ordinary. It is hence observed that when a celebrity bride is involved, the hairstylist creates something new out of a hairstyle that already exists. The combination or variation in hairstyles gives us what we call celebrity bridal hairstyles. A wedding day is made special by all the things being in sync with each other. If something is amiss during a wedding all efforts are put to make the mistake right. More so if the wedding is of a celebrity. The hairstyle is as important as the gown and accessorize hence it should not be taken lightly. Photos courtesy of www.poyahoho.com and www.talkaboutprom.com

How should I dress for a Wedding?

During April or May unless you’re in the South, you must be prepared for snow, rain or the opposite: a hot sunny day. So how are you supposed to dress? First and foremost, remember this is springtime. That means lighter colors and lighter fabrics. Even if the weather turns a bit cool for you, you’ll be more cheerful and gay in a style that inspires the rebirth of springtime instead of the dead of winter.

Think about the Weather.

Although it doesn’t give you much time to plan, you’re better off waiting until just 4 or 5 days before the wedding to make final decisions. Check the local weather sources for what will happen that day. Knowing whether or not to bring a light or heavy jacket can make a difference.

Consider the venue.

Country clubs, grandiose churches and estates call for more formality. Modest private homes and community centers lend themselves to less formal attire.

Consider the Bride.

What are her personal tastes? What is the style of the ceremony and invitations? If you don’t know what the bride prefers, you’re better off finding out – right away!

What time of day is the wedding?

Daytime events with sunny outdoor places are cheerful and light. Indoors and nighttime ceremonies require more conservative and formal outfits.

Remember that this is a social occasion and a time for celebration. Business wear is out!

Shoes should always be elegant, never too flashy. Avoid ones that could be worn to a youngster’s birthday party. Remember you may dance a bit at the reception, so comfort is not ruled out as long as it is tasteful.

If you wear black, make it a smaller part of your outfit. Perhaps a short that you wear open and can remove if things get too hot.

If you are surprised by rain, don’t worry. No one will be expected to stand out in the rain for more than a moment.

And, remember, pick the clothes that make you look good first, then honor the occasion. More than one wonderful relationship has sprung from another’s wedding day..
