Are you curious about the Victoria’s Secret models diet? Let’s find out how do these models keep in shape !!

Every time the great public is charmed by the Victoria’s Secret models, marching on a long and glamorous runway to show us the great secret that nobody knows, except Victoria. In fact it seems that these girls give their best only to flash their ultra-toned body on the great event.

The girls also have their tricks to look fabulous, nutrition and workout is in fact the key to the Victoria’s Secret models diet.

Giselle Bundchen and co-angels, as Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima or Miranda Kerr swear by a complex exercise plan and a balanced nutrition system. This helps them to be constantly in shape.

The main aim of the Victoria’s Secret models’ diet is to avoid processed food, instead they pamper their organism with lots vegetables and fruits.
Organic food, in the form of delicious salads is very important to offer hydration to both skin and the whole body.

Proteins are also essential to keep their muscles healthy and fight the extra kilos. The models try out different diets, as South Beach, Zone and Macrobiotic diet and some specially designed for them. Let’s see the diets of the veteran models.

Adriana Lima follows the Portion Control Diet. In this plan you can eat almost anything you like but in a certain limit.

The veteran model decided to cut back on seeds and grains and have lots of fruits and vegetables.

Salads are perfect, sure without any dressing. Brazilian food is her favorite, this cuisine combines all the healthy elements to keep her figure in shape and beautiful.
She completes her diet with Capoeira aerobic, a rhythmical and fun exercise.

Heidi Klum - the model especially after pregnancy, adopted the New York Body Plan diet. It promises a radical makeover only in two weeks. Alcohol, bread, dairy products and sweets are totally forbidden. The max intake of calories must not cross the 1200 barrier.

The Victoria’s Secret model’s secret in fact is to have a meal every three hours. Metabolism is this way kept busy, Heidi’s organism is constantly working as a result it effectively burns the extra fat. Eating after 8 P.M. is a great no-no for the Victoria’s Secret nymp.

When it comes of snacks, apples are her favorite, to fight the starvation crises. The protein content of the fruit will keep you stuffed until the next meal. Moreover, you’ll benefit from vitamins and minerals, that act as antioxidants.

Giselle Bundchen- her secret is in fact meat. She admitted her fondness for cheeseburgers. Giselle completes her funny Cheeseburger diet with yoga exercises. As a devoted friend of workouts, she keeps her body fit and fresh with walking and relaxation.

Additionally she adds some cayenne pepper to her meals, a spice that boosts your metabolism. However she is a lucky person, since she can eat almost anything still don’t get fat.

“If you don’t know what to buy and what to skip, a short leather jacket is your best bet” – This essential cover up will exude the sexy bad-girl-gone-chic look that is both modern and timeless. Who doesn’t want to feel cute while grocery shopping, lunching with friends or walking the dog? This also works for casual nights out. Spice up that t-shirt and jeans uniform with black Belstaff leather goodie. This is the epitome of casual cool. This legging and tank combination can go casual or dressy depending on the shoes. Flats will say stylish day attire while heels, booties or boots scream party. Whether it’s out with the girls or a cool event, this look will get you noticed in that wonderful way a girl loves.

Jessica Biffi spring 2010 show opened with a glow in the dark costume of spray paint that looked as though he created all layers of vertical blinds. The dress appears again in the fishery, a strong point in a ravel-inspired collection that seems to be entirely composed of combinations. (Okay, not quite, but one third of it at least.) There were knee length pastel shirt options, micro-flake gold top with body straps blousy, a short pink dress that leaves model breasts hang out (intentionally, I fear), suits with low-cut pants in a bright zebra / Leopard burnout fabric has also shown some dresses and shorts in acid green cap with pleating details, the best of the bunch. Folds reflects the effect of pebbles first dress, appearing as a strapless peplum or a hot pink mini-skirt. The best example is a pleated skirt cup of tea with tiers of ivory shimmering its stiff, pendulum shone in an entirely different.

I was actually on Style.com today,” said Rashida Jones last night at the debut of Lacoste’s Pink Croc Collection benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in Los Angeles. “I went on because I have a friend at the shows in Paris and she told me I had to check out Stella McCartney and Lanvin.” Well, what a wise pal. Jones was out to support her friend Leslie Mann, who hosted the event to debut the eight-piece collection, which sends a whopping 10 percent of its profits to the cause. Jones stole away from the comedic dream team in attendance (Judd Apatow, Jason Segel, and Michael Cera) to dish on her favorite shows so far. “Stella was amazing; she’s just so feminine with those exaggerated ruffles,” she said. “And Lanvin was just sickening…my friend said she literally wanted to throw herself on the stage.” So, what could we expect to see her in next? “There was this Stella McCartney printed green dress that had a ruffle on the sleeve in the show,” said Jones. “It was just perfect.”
